| Wedding Invitations The purpose of Wedding Invitations has been a constant over the years. Your invitations will give your guest a first glimpse of your wedding. Do not try to make your own, unless you have a degree in art, English and Etiquette. People will notice and, unfortunately, it will set a tone for your wedding that may be hard escaping. Unless you are familiar with a company, it is best to visit a store to ensure the look, feel, and weight of a paper. Paper is just not paper. Paper is also not always made out of wood. We have a selection of Environmentally Friendly paper such as Crane Fine Stationers. Crane’s paper is made from 100% Cotton bringing it a regal feel, archival nature, and easily biodegradable. Also, a tiny picture may help you get an idea, but that is not enough to order from. One may think that “people are just going to throw them away”; however, remember that the invitation reflect your joy in having your guest share this special day with you. |
| When should I place my order? It is never too early to start looking at wedding invitations. The choices we have available is overwhelming for just a day. Every company is different in times; however, we generally encourage people two (2) to three (3) weeks prior to when you want to actually receive them in your hand. This allows time for a proof, printing time, and transit time. Invitations generally are sent out six weeks before your wedding, so allow enough time to look, order, and address your invitations. |
